It also has a separate kitchenette, which has beds, a bathroom, and a compact kitchen. The leisure area has a swimming pool, barbecue, games room, and jacuzzi, all private.



The house boasts beautiful views of the sea and mountains, is surrounded by forest, and provides moments of leisure and privacy for the family, with all the security of a gated community.



Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage, backyard, pool, barbecue area, balcony, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms. Everything is for exclusive use during their stay; there are no shared areas.

* It is important to note that the access from the garage to the house is quite steep, preventing vehicles from driving up and people with mobility difficulties from entering. It is a very steep ramp and stairs; it is possible to drive up with great care and with 4x4 vehicles. There is an automatic cart that can carry luggage and shopping up, but it is not permitted for people to use it due to the weight and risk of accidents.
