The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a swimming pool and barbecue area, a living/TV room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Ideal for up to 13 people, we can add up to 5 more guests for an extra cost, totaling a maximum of 18 people (including adults and children of any age). We cannot exceed this limit of 18 people, regardless of age or situation. All check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. There are no restrictions on access, 24 hours a day.



The house is located just 50m from Enseada beach in Ubatuba, an excellent beach for families. It has a large 1,400m² walled plot, a large swimming pool, a kiosk with a barbecue, and a wooded area. A country house right on the beach.



Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage, backyard, pool, barbecue area, balcony, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms. Everything is for exclusive use during their stay; there are no shared areas.




We will not have in-person contact; only messages will be used for assistance during your stay, with Tamires.



A quiet neighborhood with good shopping options, an ideal beach for families, a beach with shallow and generally calm waters, and a peaceful place for swimming. It also has kiosks, stalls, services, and activities such as kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals, as well as boat trips.

The house is located near the Rio-Santos highway, in the area between the center and north of Ubatuba. With a large lot, it has parking for several vehicles.
