Holds up to 9 people (including adults and children), we can add up to 3 more guests at extra cost (on extra mattresses), totaling the maximum allowed limit of up to 12 people (including adults and children of any age), we cannot exceed this limit of 12 people, regardless of age and situation.

All entrances are from 1 pm and departures are until 10 am, there are no restrictions on access and it can be done 24 hours a day.

The house is in a strategic location, just about 500m from Praia Grande, and also close to Tenório beach, ideal for walking to the beach during the day and going out at night on foot, as it is very close to the main shops in the city. Praia Grande and Tenório.

The backyard with private pool and barbecue is also one of the highlights of this property.

Guests will have access to the entire property, garage, backyard, swimming pool, barbecue, balcony, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, bathrooms. Everything is for exclusive use during the stay, there is no shared area.

We will not have personal contact, service during the stay will only be via messages with Tamires.

The house is located in a strategic region, very close to the roundabout that divides Praia Grande and Tenório beach, two of the most popular beaches in Ubatuba, with a wide variety of shops nearby, bars, restaurants, snack bars, pharmacies, markets, bakeries, etc...

There are bus stops, app transport and easy access.

The property has a garage for up to 3 cars.
