Sea view house 42 Estaleiro Beach

House right on the sand, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, cozy with a unique style and a delicious balcony with barbecue facing Estaleiro beach in Ubatuba.

The house is fully fenced, ideal for children and pets, outdoor shower, spacious balcony with barbecue, a large room with integrated bedroom and living room, bathroom with shower and kitchen separate from the other room.

The house accommodates up to 6 people (including adults and children), we can add up to 2 more guests at extra cost (on extra mattresses), totaling the maximum allowed limit of up to 8 people (including adults and children of any age), we cannot exceed this limit of 8 people, regardless of age and situation.

All entrances are from 1 pm and departures are until 10 am, there are no restrictions on access and it can be done 24 hours a day.

The house is simple and cozy and despite being in a more remote location, it has good quality fiber internet.

The big difference is the beautiful view of the beach from every space in the house.

Guests will have access to the entire property, backyard, balcony, kitchen, bedroom/living room, bathroom. Everything is for exclusive use during the stay, there is no shared area.

We will not have physical contact, only via WhatsApp messages, assistance during the stay will be with Tamires.

Quiet beach, with little movement, large stretch of sand and calm sea. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly local fishermen. There are some kiosks, fishmongers and a small market on the beach. Other markets, bakery, feed store, on the highway are about 10 minutes away by car.

Estaleiro beach is in the North region of Ubatuba, about 40 minutes by car, departing from the Center. Also about 50 minutes from the center of Paraty.

The route is along the Rio-Santos highway, access from the highway to the beach is via a dirt road (about 5 minutes by car), it is a good and flat road.

There is a bus stop on the Rio-Santos highway exactly in front of the ground floor that gives access to the beach.

The property has a garage for up to 3 cars (all uncovered).
