Beachfront house in a gated community on Lagoinha beach in Ubatuba.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a swimming pool and barbecue area, a living/TV room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Ideal for up to 10 people, we can add up to 6 more guests for an extra cost, totaling a maximum of 16 people (including adults and children of any age). We cannot exceed this limit of 16 people, regardless of age or situation. All check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. There are no restrictions on access, 24 hours a day.

The house is located beachfront on Lagoinha beach in Ubatuba, an excellent beach for families and with the security of a gated community. The beachfront pool provides moments of leisure and relaxation, enjoying the sound of the sea.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage, backyard, pool, barbecue area, balcony, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms. Everything is for exclusive use during their stay; there are no shared areas.

We will not have in-person contact; only messages will be used for assistance during your stay, with Tamires.

The security of a gated community on a beach ideal for families, with shallow and generally calm waters, makes it a tranquil place for swimming. It also offers kiosks, beach bars, services, and activities such as kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals, as well as boat trips. It's the starting point for the 7 Beaches Trail. In the region, you can also visit waterfalls, such as the Véu da Noiva Waterfall, and cultural and historical attractions like the Lagoinha Ruins.

The house is located in the southern region of Ubatuba.

Easy access via the Rio-Santos highway.
